I have had this domain for a few years now and I keep saying to myself that I will get something up here that I know you'll use... but I am always finding excuses not to get around to it... like eating, or travelling or getting myself sick, lol.
Ok, enough about that. Food poisoning comes into play for those who want to use a raw food diet to control or cure their Crohn's. Raw food consumption means the consumer gets needed nutrients and vitamins directly from their food. However, when food is eaten raw, many times live bacteria is also present and this is where the food poisoning may originate. Live bacteria can get into the gastrointestinal tract as well as other organs and cause severe damage to the body.
