I have had this domain for a few years now and I keep saying to myself that I will get something up here that I know you'll use... but I am always finding excuses not to get around to it... like eating, or travelling or getting myself sick, lol.
Ok, enough about that. I figure the best way to get something done is to just do it and keep adding as I find new stuff... so for the people seeing this site now you'll think its pretty empty but I promise you that I will be adding tons of articles, links and information on these three topics, Food, Health and Travel.

Eating the right food is essential in weight loss. A person trying to lose weight must always watch the food he eats. This means no takeout or frozen processed foods. It also means calorie counting, selective shopping, healthy cooking, and portion control. For most people, this is an astronomical task. It is time consuming and working people do not have that much time to spare. Because of this, weight loss meal plans rose to stardom. They are pre-cooked healthy meals portioned and packaged and delivered right to the doorstep. They include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snacks if wanted. They are highly convenient for those who want to lost weight but cannot be bothered with all the food watching it entails.
