Artichoke Dip

  • 1 can of artichokes, drained
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of grated Cheddar cheese

Mix the ingredients together and put in an 8 x 8 square baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with nachos or crackers.
