Avacado Sauce

• 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
• 1 ripe medium avacado (1/2 cup)
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup sour cream

Blend ingredients into the sour cream and top with the grated lemon peel.
