Home Baked Squash (12-18 months)
%%CATEGORY%%- 1 lb squash, peeled and sliced
- 1 large baking apple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2 in rings
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange squash in prepared baking dish. Top with the apple rings. In a bowl combine brown sugar, margarine, flour and salt. Spread mixture evenly over squash and apples. Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
