2 round pumpernickle bread (not cut)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (can be increased to 1 1/2)
- 1 pkg knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
- 1 pkg frozen spinach (cooked, drained, chopped finely)
- 1 cup sour cream (can be increased to 1 1/2)
- 1 can water chestnuts (choped finely)
Empty out the inside of one bread (to make a bowl) Leep it for dipping. Combine all other ingredients together, fill bowl. CAn be served tight away, or prepared in advance. You can be creative, some prefer adding green onions...for x-mas red bell pepper. it looks really festive.
