Bread Rolls Recipe

In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tso salt & 2 pkg undissolved dry active yeast. Combine 1 1/4 cups water, 1/2 cup milk & 1/3 cup marg in a pot, heat until liquids are very warm (120F to 130F). Gradually add to dry ingredients. Beat 1 minute at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally. Add 2 eggs (room temperature) & 1/2 cup flour, beat at high speed for 2 minutes scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in enough flour (up to 3 cups), to make soft dough. Turn onto floured board, knead until smooth and elasticy (8 - 10 minutes). Cover & let rest 20 minutes. Punch down dough, divide into 48 pieces, form into shapes if desired. Place on greased baking sheets. Cover with plastic wrap & foil sealing well. Freeze until firm, transfer into plastic bag, freeze up to 4 weeks.

Remove from freezer, place on greased baking sheet. Cover & let rise in warm place free of drafts until double in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking sheet & cool on wire rack.
