Home Breakfast Milkshake
%%CATEGORY%%- 1/2 cup of chopped pineapples
- 3/4 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened fruit (berries,peaches,kiwi)
- 1 tsp. sugar
Place ingredients in blender and puree at medium speed until thick and smooth. Makes 2 1 1/2 cup servings.
