- 1 can (10oz/284g) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 pkg knorr vegetable soup
- 1 large round pumpernickle bread
Squeeze excess moisture from the spinach. In a bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, and water chestnuts. Stir until well combined. Scoop out a large hollow through the top of the bread loaf. Fill with dip mixture. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours to blend the flavours. Serve with bread cubes cut from the center and assorted fresh vegetables. Makes 4 cups of dip.

- 1 pkg knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 pkg frozen spinach-thawed and chopped
- 1 500 ml jar Mayonnaise
- 500ml sour cream
Hollow out center of bread so that it resembles a bowl. Mix remainer of ingredients in a large bowl. Let mixture set for 1/2 to 1 hour inside the bread bowl. Use the left over bread to dip.

- 1 pkg (10 oz/300g) frozen chopped spinach, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise (125ml)
- 1 small clove garlic, diced
- 1 1/2 cup yogurt (300ml)
- 1 can (14 oz/398ml) artichoke hearts
- 1 tbsp (15ml) minced fresh dill or 1/2 tsp (2ml) dried basil
- salt and pepper
Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. In food processor, process spinach and artichoke until coarsely chopped. Add mayonnaise, dill or basil and garlic; process until mixed. Stir in yogurt and season with salt and pepper to taste. (Dip can be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours). If to thick add more yogurt. Makes 3 cups (750ml).

- 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 7 oz can crab meat, drained and rinsed
Mix cheese, onion, worchestershire sauce and lemon juice together. Spread in a shallow serving dish. Spread chili sauce over top. Drain and rinse crab meat and spread over top of chili sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with assorted crackers.

- 1 pkg knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
- 1 pkg frozen spinach (cooked, drained, chopped finely)
- 1 cup sour cream (can be increased to 1 1/2)
- 1 can water chestnuts (choped finely)
Empty out the inside of one bread (to make a bowl) Leep it for dipping. Combine all other ingredients together, fill bowl. CAn be served tight away, or prepared in advance. You can be creative, some prefer adding green onions...for x-mas red bell pepper. it looks really festive.
