- 1 french bread (Baguette)
- Mayonnaise (enough to bind)
- Mild cheddar cheese (grated)(Marble, white and orange looks nice)
- pepper (freshly ground tastes best)
- Green onion (opt)
Slice bread, place on cookie sheet, spread mixture, bake at about 300F until bread is slightly toasted and cheese is melted.
