Chocolate Coconut Cheesecake Bars Recipe

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 pkg chocolate chips
• 1 pkg coloured mini-marshmellows

Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a saucepan, cook until melted over medium heat. Pour marshmellows slowly into the mixture and stir until coated, you may not use all the marshmellows, depending on your taste, if you prefer more chocolate or peanut butter, adjust the recipe to your liking. Place mixture in a greased pan and refrigerate until cooled, cut into squares and enjoy.
