- 100 small marshmellows
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 squares melted semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tbsp butter
Mix marshmellow, icing sugar, and walnuts. Add egg. Melt chocolate and butter together and add to mixture. Roll in coconut and shape into a log. Cool slice. May be pressed in a pan and cut into squares.
