Corn Flake Macaroon Recipe

  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups corn flakes
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Beat egg whites stiff. Mix cocoa, sugar and salt. Add to egg whites slowly, continuing to beat. Fold in Corn Flakes and coconut. Drop by teasponfuls on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake in 300F oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 12 macaroons.
