Home Cucumber Yogourt Dip
%%CATEGORY%%- 2 cups plain yogourt
- half of a medium cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried dill
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to blend. Serve on a pita or as a side dish with meat.
