Cucumber Yogourt Dip

  • 2 cups plain yogourt
  • half of a medium cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to blend. Serve on a pita or as a side dish with meat.
