- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 3 tbsps light corn syrup
- 1 pkg (4 servings size) any flavor jello
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  Place popcorn in a large bowl. Heat butter and syrup in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in brown sugar and gelatin and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Pour syrup immediately over popcorn tossing to coat well. Spread popcorn on aluminum foil lined 15 x10 x1 inch pan, using two forks to spread evenly. Bake in 300F oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan and break in small pieces. Store in an airtight container.
