Home Ricotta Cream Sauce (12-18 months)
%%CATEGORY%%- 1 cup smooth 2% ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- cut fresh fruit ready to dip
In a bowl, beat together ricotta cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in the orange zest and vanilla. Put into a tightly sealed container and refrigerate for up to one week. Serve with fresh fruit.
