- 1/2 cup Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1cup butter
Have butter at room temperature. Sift dry ingredients. Blend butter into dry ingredients with a spoon until soft dough is formed. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart, flatten dough with floured fork. Bake at 300F 20-25 minutes or until edges of cookies are lightly browned.
*Note: If dough is very soft, cover and chill 1/2 hour
