 Spinach Dip Recipe

  • 1 pkg (300g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (10oz/284g) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 pkg knorr vegetable soup
  • 1 large round pumpernickle bread

Squeeze excess moisture from the spinach. In a bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, and water chestnuts. Stir until well combined. Scoop out a large hollow through the top of the bread loaf. Fill with dip mixture. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours to blend the flavours. Serve with bread cubes cut from the center and assorted fresh vegetables. Makes 4 cups of dip.
