- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cream (or Milk)
- 1 3/4 cup flour
Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, cream (or milk) and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mix well. (Optional: chill dough). Roll out to 1/8" thick, cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes.
