I have had this domain for a few years now and I keep saying to myself that I will get something up here that I know you'll use... but I am always finding excuses not to get around to it... like eating, or travelling or getting myself sick, lol.
Ok, enough about that. I figure the best way to get something done is to just do it and keep adding as I find new stuff... so for the people seeing this site now you'll think its pretty empty but I promise you that I will be adding tons of articles, links and information on these three topics, Food, Health and Travel.

What are Kidneys and what exactly do they do?
The kidneys are 2 fist-sized organs that are positioned the back portion of your abdominal cavity. Your Kidneys do a number of different things for you and you can not live without them.
The primary things the Kidneys do are:
Clean your blood of waste products.
Get rid of extra fluid (through your urine).
Help make Red Blood Cells.
What causes kidney failure?
Your kidneys are designed to last you for your entire life. There are a few things that can destroy your kidneys over time.
