I have had this domain for a few years now and I keep saying to myself that I will get something up here that I know you'll use... but I am always finding excuses not to get around to it... like eating, or travelling or getting myself sick, lol.
Ok, enough about that. I figure the best way to get something done is to just do it and keep adding as I find new stuff... so for the people seeing this site now you'll think its pretty empty but I promise you that I will be adding tons of articles, links and information on these three topics, Food, Health and Travel.
